Live Scribing, what is it?
Live scribing (or, graphic recording, or visual facilitation) turns the words and ideas of your event into a hand-drawn visual record that people can remember, share and return to long after the day is over.
I work across in-person events, remote sessions and hybrid formats, drawing live whether I'm in the room with you or connected digitally from wherever you are.
What it looks like in practice
At conferences and away days, I draw on large-format paper or board while the sessions happen, participants watch the picture build throughout the day, often gathering around it in breaks. The finished artwork is photographed and delivered digitally, and can be printed large-format for your office or reception.
For remote and hybrid events, I draw digitally while screen-sharing or projecting live. The image builds in real time for your whole audience, and the final file is delivered at the end of the session.

A hand-drawn synopsis of the day holds attention in a way a written summary never does. Participants leave with something tangible they know they have engaged and inputted into, and that's the thing they share and talk about afterwards.
